art KARLSRUHE kicks off the year of art fairs in Germany. This fair for Classic Modern and Contemporary art spans a spectrum of more than 120 years of art history. Art KARLSRUHE presents the complete bandwidth of the art of the 20th century, flanked by the latest artworks fresh the artists’ ateliers.
At our stand we will be showing original works of Nouveau Réalisme, Tachism and the COBRA Group. Around a seven-part group of sculptures by the Swiss artist Daniel Spörri, we include works and sculptures by Jean Tinguely, Niki de Saint-Phalle, Arman, Ben Vautier, César and Mimmo Rotella. Next to Karel Appel, Lucebert, John Kiki and Jacqueline Wey de Jong from the COBRA movement and its surrounding. The exhibition will be rounded off with tachist and abstract works by Sam Francis, Hans Hartung, Mark Tobey, Antoni Tapies, Paul Jenkins, Theodoros Stamos and Jules Olitski.
