The group exhibition Swiss Art from A to Z offers a fascinating insight into the diversity of Swiss art history.
From the sensitive realism of Albert Anker and the dreamlike Alpine landscapes of Alexandre Calame, the journey leads to the vibrant positions of Classical Modernism represented by Cuno Amiet and to the groundbreaking impulses of Le Corbusier.
With representatives of the postwar avant-garde and Nouveau Réalisme such as Jean Tinguely and Daniel Spoerri, as well as contemporary artistic personalities including Not Vital and Rémy Zaugg, a dynamic dialogue unfolds right up to the present day. Important positions in Expressionism and the New Figuration – such as Martin Disler and Rolf Iseli – are also part of the exhibition.
We warmly invite you to discover this rich and diverse journey through Swiss art history with us and look forward to welcoming you.
